VLT - IG - Em yêu trường em (29/09/24)

Welcome back to Bàn tròn Tiếng Việt. In the Fall 2024, Vietnamese Language Table will open the Theme "Em yêu trường em", where students at Intermediate Level can study the Modules from "Intermediate Vietnamese A Task-based Journey " and attend meetings with activities in Vietnamese Language Table for Intermediate Group: My Viet University (Trường đại học Mỹ Việt) to complete a Media Product about their Favorite University.

The Topic for the first meeting is My Students' Life (by ThuyAnh Nguyen)

I) Introduction and warm-up (Giới thiệu và khởi động):

- Introduction:

- Review Vocabulary with Quizlet: Link
- Discuss and share with the group about classes you take (Choose 4 classes that you would like to take)
- Read and guess who: LINK
- Pair work: Introduce yourselves as Claudia and Karen
- Speaking (Speed Dating): Meet a new friend in 3 minutes

II) Speaking and writing activities in small groups:
